Shop Policies

Welcome and thank you for being here!

Each piece is handmade here in my studio in Jackson Hole. Each is a labour of love and created in ritual, thereby empowering it with intention. Should you like your piece/s to be ceremonially consecrated or blessed with specific intention you can reach out to me here. Please include all details and I will create a special ceremony for your jewel/s.

Please read all of the policies outlined here. They should answer any questions you may have about making a purchase. A purchase made indicates that you have read, understood, and willing comply with all of the shop policies. Should you have an unanswered question feel free to email me. Let’s get started!

Sizing

Each listing has all of the information you need to ensure a good fit providing you know your size. I incorporate wide bands on many of my ring designs. A wide band fits more snugly than a thin band. I recommend that you size up 1/4 to 1/2 size. You can also get fitted for a wide band at your local jeweler to know exactly what size to order. Sizes are based on US standard ring sizing.

All chain lengths are given in the description of every necklace. If you should like a different chain length please contact me here with your specifics. If I can accommodate your wishes, I shall. Cost of change out varies per individual case.

Shipping

Orders are lovingly packaged after a little happy dance is done, and usually ship between 2-3 business days for all ready made pieces. Please understand that circumstances can occur, so if we get a snow storm, it may take more time. I will do my utmost to keep you posted (see what I did there) if there are any delays.

Made to order pieces have their own time frame that is stated in the description.

*I am experimenting with shipping practices. Currently, shipping within the contiguous US is free. Please check back here for updated shipping information.*

I ship via USPS. Tracking info will be emailed to you once shipped. Please understand that once shipped the package is out of my hands. I am not liable for packages lost in the mail. I will help you track it down to the best of my ability. If you would like to insure your order, please email me after purchase and I will invoice you for the additional cost. Your receipt will be emailed to you.

Returns

I do not accept returns.

That said, if your piece has a construction defect, or I have made a mistake please email me to discuss how I can make it right. I create each piece to be heirloom quality and to last generations. On occasion things can fail. If your piece has an issue contact me to discuss. Ultimately, I want you to love your jewels, I want you to be filled with joy, and I want to resolve any fabrication issues as best I can.

Jewelry Care

I take great care in creating each piece with heirloom quality in mind. While I create them to last lifetimes, each piece is a work of art and should be treated with some amount of delicacy and care. It is ill advised to wear your jewelry in any kind of water. Sweat can also affect your piece/s. Chemical exposure can damage your jewelry so it’s best to avoid chemicals including, but not limited to, cleaning products, sprays, perfumes, hair sprays, and bleaches. Rule of thumb, if you’re not sure, take your jewelry off.

Some stones are softer and more delicate than others. I highly recommend that you research the stones in your pieces to understand the specific care that they require.

Sterling silver does tarnish when exposed to oxygen and moisture. Store your precious jewels in a silver bag (a bag for storing silver which you can find online) or an airtight bag in a dry, dark place. Tarnish is easily removed with a polishing cloth. Use the Sunshine polishing cloth provided with your jewelry. It can be used again and again, even if it’s black. When it stops polishing effectively, it can be replaced. Do not polish any parts of your jewelry that are intentionally blackened. The polishing cloth can remove the patina. The patina used to give your pieces that antique look and blacken details is never fully permanent, but with extra care and precautionary measures taken, it should last a long time.

I do not recommend using jewelry cleaner or chemicals to clean your pieces.
